Job summary

Nestlé Integrated Business Services Manila, Inc. is hiring a Sales Finance Specialist in Meycauayan to support commercial and sales operations by managing trade claims, deductions, accruals and spend analysis.

You will partner with Sales, Commercial Planning and Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely claim processing and clear insights into trade spend movements, with exposure to FMCG and customer operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Experience in Sales Finance, Trade Spend, Customer Operations, or Commercial Finance.
• FMCG exposure or fast-paced commercial environment preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer trade claims and deductions accurately and timely.
• Set up and monitor long-term trade activities in trade systems.
• Review and validate trade accruals with regular checks.
• Analyze trade spend movements and provide commentary.
• Resolve disputed trade claims with Sales and Customer teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Planning, and Finance on improvements.
