Job summary

Nestlé Integrated Business Services Manila, Inc. in Meycauayan invites a Sales Finance Specialist to support commercial and sales operations by managing trade claims, deductions, accruals, and trade spend analysis.

This role partners with Sales, Commercial Planning, and Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely claim processing. The ideal candidate has a finance-related degree, 2+ years experience in FMCG or customer operations, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.
• Experience in Sales Finance, Trade Spend, Customer Operations, or Commercial Finance.
• Experience in FMCG or fast-paced commercial environment (preferred).
• Strong understanding of promotions, customer dynamics, and category performance.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and commercial data.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with business systems and financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer trade claims and deductions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Set up and monitor long-term trade activities in trade systems.
• Review and validate trade accruals.
• Analyze trade spend movements versus targets and support forecasts.
• Investigate and resolve disputed trade claims with Sales and Customer teams.
• Use data from multiple sources to validate claims and challenge discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Commercial Planning, Business Excellence, and Finance.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying data quality and reporting gaps.
