Job summary

JT International (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Regional Field Marketing Executive - West to coordinate regional field marketing activities and collaborate with Area Managers.

The role focuses on ensuring timely, compliant, and effective execution aligned with portfolio priorities and commercial objectives. As part of the team, you will monitor investments, prepare reports, and coordinate with head office stakeholders to support regional planning and activation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Field Marketing, Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, Commercial Excellence, or a related commercial function, preferably within a multinational FMCG or tobacco company.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and supporting field marketing or commercial initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional field marketing activities in line with approved portfolio priorities and plans.
• Support Area Managers in preparing and executing field marketing initiatives for timely implementation.
• Monitor execution progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on field marketing activities, investment utilization, and execution performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective planning and execution.
