Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Agency Recruitment & Activation Manager in the Philippines to lead recruitment for Agency Leaders and Financial Advisors, and to drive onboarding for new advisors within the first 90 days. You will organize recruitment activities and utilize leads platforms to source candidates.

The role emphasizes converting program attendees into coded Financial Advisors, with a strong preference for candidates with Life Insurance or Sales industry experience and solid training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field is required.
• At least 3 years solid experience in Recruitment and People Development from Life Insurance or Sales.
• Good facilitation and presentation skills.
• Training background is an advantage.
• Experience in insurance sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruits Agency Leaders & Financial Advisors.
• Conducts onboarding program for the newly coded advisors within the first 90 days to increase retention and productivity.
• Organizes recruitment activities and sources through leads generation platforms.
• Converts business opportunities from program attendees to coded Financial Advisors.
