WORK LOCATION: Door 4, Plaza De Tavera Building, J. Camus Extension, Barangay 9-A, Poblacion District, Davao City

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KPI-DRIVEN):

• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting and client engagement
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing and handover/turnover to client
• Strengthen relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and building owners
• Ensure timely submission of proposals aligned with client requirements and company standards
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution and delivery
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends within the assigned area
• Lead and guide sales team members to ensure consistent target achievement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the elevator, construction, or related Industry
• Strong understanding of elevator and escalator systems, costing, and project requirements
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Willing to travel and handle fieldwork within the assigned territory
