Qualifications

• Proven experience as Distributor Specialist or in a similar role within the food industry.
• Experience handling distributors, dealers, hotels, restaurants and baking industries.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to handle 3 territory - Cebu, Bohol and Dumaguete.

Responsibilities

• Increase the customer count in the specified territory via multiple trade channels and industries.
• Develop and manage the company’s relationship with the key decision makers of the assigned customers and potential clients.
• Monitor client purchase patterns to improve customer basket, share of market and pricing behavior.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in delivering company commitments at servicing the client’s needs and requirements.
• Identify business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Submit on time, complete sales reports and updates all accounts receivables.
• Do other tasks related to the position.
