SSMC in Central Luzon is seeking a Sales Specialist to grow our cement distribution with retail and hardware partners across the region. You will build relationships with store owners, provide timely product information, and ensure visibility of our cement brands.

The role blends field sales with market insights, requiring proactive outreach, organized account management, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to meet deliveries and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, distribution, or retail account management (construction or hardware industry preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long‑term partnerships.
• Proactive and hands‑on approach — comfortable with fieldwork and store visits.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and hardware store owners in Central Luzon
• Ensure consistent product placement and availability of SSMC cement products across partner stores
• Plan and implement promotional activities to support sales growth and brand visibility
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth execution of sales initiatives
• Provide regular updates and reports on store coverage, sales performance, and customer feedback
