Job summary

Aromatise' International Inc. is seeking a Sales Staff to develop and maintain customer relationships and support sales growth across Visayas and Mindanao.

You will identify new business opportunities, manage accounts, conduct client visits and product presentations, prepare quotations, and coordinate requirements with internal teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field, at least 2 years of sales experience, strong B2B

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong B2B sales and client relationship management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to work onsite and travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers across Visayas and Mindanao.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
• Conduct prospecting, client visits, sales presentations, and product discussions.
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate product samples, technical requirements, and customer inquiries with internal teams.
• Monitor customer orders, deliveries, and other account requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and sales activity records.
• Participate in customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and other business development activities.
