Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled automotive service professional to handle routine maintenance, manage breakdowns, review repair estimates, and coordinate accident repairs with insurers and workshops.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in an international environment. Contract is 6 months with medical coverage and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Automotive or related field.
• 2–4 years of automotive service experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and partners.
• Experience in an international or fast-changing environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine vehicle maintenance and servicing requests.
• Manage ad-hoc issues such as breakdowns or rescheduled bookings.
• Review and approve workshop repair estimates and work orders.
• Coordinate accident repairs with insurance providers and workshops.
• Provide customers with technical advice for proper upkeep.
• Design and implement measures to enhance the customer experience.
• Coordinate dealer invoices with internal teams and monitor service costs.
