Job summary

ICATS British Motors Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring excellent customer experiences aligned with JLR standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating service activities, providing updates, managing estimates and warranties, and promoting additional services while maintaining accurate records and a smooth workshop flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience as a Service Advisor or in customer service in automotive service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems.
• Experience in a premium automotive dealership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Coordinate with workshop to schedule work and book vehicles.
• Prepare estimates, manage warranty documentation, and ensure proper billing.
• Provide regular repair updates and vehicle handover explanations.
• Support the service team and ensure health, safety, and compliance.
