Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Retail and Wholesale sales targets for the region.
• Plan and manage regional sales activities and ensure dealer compliance.
• Counsel dealers on sales strategies using historical and current data.
• Monitor dealer inventory, coordinate orders, and allocate units.
• Ensure timely delivery of products, services, and marketing support to dealers.
• Build and maintain strong dealer relationships and act as liaison.
• Visit dealerships regularly to assess performance and address issues.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports to GM and MD.
• Enforce corporate policies and dealership agreements across network.
