Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven sales management experience in the automotive industry.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and people management for high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication with customers, staff and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Lead, recruit, train and motivate the sales team to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales department and transactions.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to close gaps and improve results.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and corporate clients for retention.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and positioning.
