Job summary

Cavite Contracting Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Refrigerator and Aircon Technician for a full-time role in Imus City, Cavite. You will install, service, and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of proven experience, valid local certification, and strong diagnostic skills. You will read schematics, handle refrigerants safely, and maintain detailed records of work and parts used.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in refrigeration and air conditioning.
• Valid local refrigeration and air conditioning certification or licence.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental compliance.
• Electrical troubleshooting basics.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair refrigeration and air conditioning units for residential, commercial and industrial clients.
• Diagnose system faults using diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal system performance.
• Replace worn or damaged components including compressors, condensers and refrigerant lines.
• Handle refrigerants in compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Test systems after repairs or installation to ensure they meet operational standards.
• Provide technical advice to clients regarding system operation, maintenance and energy efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used and labour hours.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls and work flexibly to meet client needs.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Refrigerator and Aircon Technician to join the team at Cavite Contracting Services Inc. This is a full-time position based in Imus City, Cavite. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair and servicing of refrigeration and air conditioning systems for our valued clients. You will be a crucial member of our technical team, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and safely whilst providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair refrigeration and air conditioning units for residential, commercial and industrial clients

• Diagnose system faults using appropriate diagnostic equipment and tools

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal system performance and longevity

• Replace worn or damaged components including compressors, condensers, evaporators and refrigerant lines

• Handle and manage refrigerants in compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards

• Test systems after repairs or installation to ensure they meet operational standards

• Provide technical advice to clients regarding system operation, maintenance and energy efficiency

• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used and labour hours

• Respond promptly to emergency service calls and work flexibly to meet client needs

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies on work sites

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician with a minimum of 3–5 years in the field

• Valid refrigeration and air conditioning certification or licence as required by local regulations

• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, thermodynamics and HVAC systems

• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, gauges, multimeters and other specialised equipment

• Understanding of electrical systems and basic electrical troubleshooting capabilities

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and blueprints

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging environments including heights and confined spaces

• Valid driving licence and reliable transportation

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Willingness to undertake ongoing training and professional development

• Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental compliance standards is highly desirable
