Job summary

CELLAR SOLUTIONS CORPORATION is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment. You will handle preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, perform testing, and document service activities while delivering high-quality technical support.

You should have hands-on experience with walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, display chillers, and HVAC chillers, plus the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• Graduate with RAC NC II or equivalent.
• Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, condensers, evaporators and controls.
• Able to read electrical wiring diagrams, technical drawings and schematics.
• Willing to travel for field service assignments within and outside Metro Manila.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Quezon City and Makati.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related issues and implement solutions.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and system performance verification after repairs or installations.
• Minimize downtime by delivering high-quality technical service.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records and job documentation.
• Follow safety standards and field service procedures.
• Coordinate with the Technical Service Team to resolve complex service concerns.
• Explain technical findings and provide maintenance recommendations to customers.

Job description

We are looking for a highly skilledRefrigeration Technicianto perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of commercial refrigeration equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related issues and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and system performance verification after repairs or installations.
• Minimize customer downtime by delivering efficient and high-quality technical service.
• Prepare accurate service reports, maintenance records, and job documentation.
• Follow company safety standards, field service procedures, and technical protocols.
• Coordinate with the Technical Service Team to resolve complex service concerns.
• Explain technical findings and provide maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good working condition.
• Perform field service assignments within and outside Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Graduate of aVocational Course in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or aBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or any related technical course.
• At leastone (1) year of experiencein commercial refrigeration installation, repair, or maintenance.
• Hands-on experience servicingcommercial refrigeration systems, including:
• Walk-in Coolers
• Walk-in Freezers
• Display Chillers
• Commercial Refrigerators
• HVAC Chillers
• Cold Storage Equipment
• Experience in servicingwine chillers or wine preservation systemsis an advantage.
• Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, and electronic control systems.
• Able to read electrical wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and refrigeration schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electrical and refrigeration equipment.
• Must possess a validTESDA NC II in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (RAC) Servicingor an equivalent qualification.
• Applicants without an NC II certification may still be considered, provided they obtain the certification withinone (1) year from the date of hiring.
• Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel for field service assignments within and outside Metro Manila.
• Willing to be assigned inQuezon CityandMakati City.
• Capable of lifting up to25 kg, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
