Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and monitoring of all refrigeration units.
• Perform monthly and quarterly cleanings of the refrigeration and air-conditioning units.
• Ensure all maintenance works comply with safety standards.
• Submit daily room temperature monitoring reports.
• Monitor wastewater treatment facilities and coordinate for problems.
• Check generator sets quarterly and assist with maintenance of other plant machinery.
• Properly use, handle, and maintain assigned tools and equipment.
• Adhere to company established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Perform other assigned duties.

Job Description

Responsible for the repair and maintenance of the plant’s refrigeration and air-conditioning units. See to it that all refrigeration and air-conditioning units are in good running condition. Assures all repairs and maintenance work performed adheres to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily inspection and monitoring of all the refrigeration units
• Conducts once a month cleaning of the evaporators and condensers and quarterly cleaning of the air-conditioning units to make sure that all units are maintained and are operational and in good running condition at all times.
• Sees to it that all units undergo preventive maintenance as scheduled and ensures all maintenance works comply to safety standards.
• Submits daily reports to immediate superior: Room Temperature Monitoring Report (RTMR).
• Monitors the wastewater treatment facilities nightly and coordinates with the WWTF Operator and immediate superior for any noted problem.
• Does quarterly checking of the generator sets. Assists other Maintenance Technicians with the repair and maintenance of plant machineries and electrical facilities.
• Responsible for the proper usage, handling and maintenance of assigned tools and equipment in the performance of duty.
• Adheres to Company established GMP.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.
