Job description

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Technician / Electrician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and basic electrical systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain split-type, window-type, and commercial AC systems
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance (cleaning, leak checks, performance tests)
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and minor wiring works related to HVAC operations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper system operation
• Document service work and provide accurate reports
• Coordinate with the team and clients for scheduling and job completion
• Recommend system improvements and parts replacements when needed

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years relevant experience (HVAC / Electrical Services)
• TESDA NC II or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycle, pressure gauges, and electrical tools
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Physically fit, trustworthy, and team-oriented
• With valid driver’s license preferred
