Job summary

Law Assist Pty Ltd in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to build referral relationships and generate opportunities in commercial law, wills and estates through research, outreach, calls and follow-up.

You will maintain a clean prospect database, verify contact information, and draft newsletters and LinkedIn posts while managing CRM records and weekly performance reports.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in outbound business development, appointment setting, lead generation or professional-services marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confidence and experience making outbound telephone calls.
• A professional and persuasive telephone manner.
• Strong online research and database-building skills.
• Experience with personalised email outreach.
• Experience using LinkedIn for business development.
• Strong newsletter and business-writing skills.
• Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot or another CRM.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
• The ability to work independently and meet weekly targets.

Responsibilities

• Research potential referrers, including accountants, financial planners, business brokers, commercial agents, finance brokers and other lawyers.
• Build, clean and maintain an accurate prospect database.
• Obtain and verify publicly available business contact information using approved research and data-enrichment tools.
• Send personalised introductory emails and follow-up sequences.
• Make outbound telephone calls to prospective referrers.
• Explain ABP’s commercial and estate services using approved scripts.
• Arrange qualified introductory meetings with the Principal.
• Manage LinkedIn outreach, connections and messages.
• Draft and schedule one to two LinkedIn posts each week.
• Draft a weekly client and referrer newsletter for lawyer approval.
• Maintain complete CRM records of all emails, calls, LinkedIn activity, meetings and next actions.
• Follow up prospective referrers consistently.
• Track meetings, referrals, opened matters and results.
• Prepare a concise daily activity and performance report.
