Location: On-site in Manila (Eastwood City, Quezon City)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 6AM - 2pm (PHT)
Reporting To: Principal / Head of Business Development
We are seeking a proactive, highly disciplined Business Development and Referral Outreach Coordinator to build and manage strategic referral relationships with professional service providers across Australia.
This is an active outbound sales, research, and relationship-building role—not a social media management or graphic design position. The ideal candidate thrives on prospect research, outbound calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn networking, and systematic CRM management, complemented by strong business writing skills for newsletters and social copy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospecting & Database Building
- Conduct thorough online research to identify high-value potential professional referrers in Australia (Accountants, Financial Planners, Business Brokers, Commercial Agents, etc.).
- Obtain and verify publicly available contact details using approved data-enrichment and research tools.
- Build, clean, and continuously maintain an accurate lead and prospect database in the CRM.
Multi-Channel Outbound Outreach & Appointment Setting
- Execute personalized cold/warm email outreach sequences.
- Make outbound telephone calls to prospective referrers using approved phone scripts to introduce ABP’s commercial, conveyancing, and estate law services.
- Engage prospects via LinkedIn (targeted connection requests, personalized inMail, and messages).
- Qualify potential referral partners and schedule introductory meetings between prospective referrers and the Principal.
- Perform consistent, disciplined follow-ups across all channels to ensure zero leakages in the funnel.
Copywriting & Content Creation
- Draft and schedule 1 to 2 engaging LinkedIn posts each week to support brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Draft 1 weekly client & referrer newsletter for legal review and distribution.
- Note: Substantive legal content, fee quotes, or formal legal advice must be approved by an Australian lawyer prior to publication or distribution.
CRM & Performance Tracking
- Maintain meticulous CRM records (GoHighLevel/HubSpot) for every touchpoint: emails, calls, LinkedIn activity, meeting outcomes, and scheduled follow-ups.
- Track pipeline metrics including contacts added, opened matters, conversions, and referral results.
- Submit concise daily activity and performance reports to leadership.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Activity Expectations:
(Target weekly/monthly metrics following initial training period)
- Research & Prospecting: 75–100 new verified referrer contacts built/added per week.
- Email Outreach: 50–75 personalized email sequences launched per week.
- Phone Outreach: 80–100 outbound phone calls per week (targeting 15–20 genuine conversations weekly).
- LinkedIn Activity: 30–50 targeted connection requests per week; 1–2 posts published weekly.
- Email Newsletters: 1 draft newsletter compiled weekly.
- Conversions: At least 6 qualified referral meetings arranged per month.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in outbound business development, B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or professional services marketing.
- Industry Background: Previous experience supporting Australian law firms, accounting practices, mortgage/finance brokerages, or professional service firms is highly regarded.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English with a professional, persuasive, and confident telephone manner.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience using CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, Sales Navigator, and data-enrichment tools.
CORE COMPTENECIES:
- Outbound sales mindset combined with strong business copywriting capability.
- Exceptional attention to detail and rigorous follow-up discipline.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision to meet weekly activity targets.
Important Candidate Note:
This role is tailored for an outbound sales/BD professional who writes well. Candidates whose experience is limited primarily to graphic design, Canva, or basic social media community management will not be suitable.
