Job summary

PSG Global Solutions seeks an Associate Vice President of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Delivery to oversee service delivery across client programs from the Philippines. You will drive recruiting performance, optimize operations, and manage profitability with a data‑driven, continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities include leading multiple client programs, mentoring program leaders, governance with client stakeholders, and ensuring delivery readiness and adherence to SLAs,

Qualifications

• Approximately eight or more years of progressive experience in RPO, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition delivery.
• Experience leading multiple client programs and managing operational leaders and large recruiting teams.
• Experience with ATS, recruiting technologies, and performance reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across a portfolio of programs, ensuring SLAs and client hiring objectives are met.
• Translate client forecasts into staffing plans and measurable performance goals.
• Establish delivery standards and adapt execution to client needs.
• Improve productivity, turnaround times, and quality through SOPs and disciplined execution.
• Lead program transitions, launches, and changes in scope with readiness and continuity.
• Coach and develop program leaders and recruiting teams with clear accountability.
