Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Talent/Recruitment Coordinator to support the end-to-end hiring process. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate records in the ATS, and assist with recruitment administration and onboarding activities.

Working with recruiters, hiring managers and HR teams, you will maintain schedules, communicate interview details, prepare offer letters and recruitment documents, and help track onboarding completion while ensuring a smooth candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or similar role.
• Experience coordinating high-volume interviews is a plus.
• Knowledge of ATS and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage calendars, meeting rooms, and video conferencing.
• Communicate interview details, updates, and changes.
• Follow up with hiring managers for interview feedback.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Post and update job openings on job boards and career pages.
• Prepare offer letters, background checks, and recruitment documents.
• Prepare recruitment reports and basic hiring metrics.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and required paperwork.
• Work with HR and IT to support new hires.
• Track onboarding completion and pending documents.
• Support recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams.
• Assist with career fairs, campus events, and employer branding activities.
