Job summary

The role coordinates interview logistics, maintains accurate recruitment records in the ATS, and supports onboarding activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• 1-3 years in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or related admin role.
• Experience scheduling high-volume interviews across multiple stakeholders/time zones is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview logistics and scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and post updates to requisitions.
• Prepare offer letters, background check requests, and recruitment documents.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure smooth first-day experience for new hires.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to support hiring needs.
