Hinduja Global Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to ensure timely headcount completion and provide updates on recruitment progress. They coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Operations responsibilities include managing end-to-end hiring, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, scheduling with managers, and ensuring timely headcount delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; or at least 6 months experience in Recruitment, preferably with Account Management exposure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in recruitment software and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Preferably has recruited for Customer Service Representatives.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandurriao, Iloilo.
• Willing to start ASAP.

Responsabilités

• Handle recruitment accounts and manage end-to-end hiring from Interviews to Onboarding
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and requirements
• Utilize various sourcing channels and techniques to identify potential candidates
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of the required headcount
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Oversee the preparation and submission of all required recruitment documentation
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies related to recruitment
• Maintain and update the ATS with accurate candidate information
