Infosoft Consulting Corp. is seeking a dynamic HR professional to lead recruitment and talent acquisition, covering sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. The role supports onboarding and other HR functions as needed, driving efficiency and candidate quality.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, build talent pipelines, and promote the employer brand across channels to attract top talent for organizational growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR, business, or related field.
• At least 1 year of recruitment or HR experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Experience with job portals, social media recruitment, and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Administer and interpret pre-employment assessments and background checks as required.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment database.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring success rates.
• Promote the company's employer brand through recruitment campaigns and social media platforms.
