Job summary

Funtomato Consultancy Inc. is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our growing team in Taguig. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source through LinkedIn, JobStreet, databases, and referrals, and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit for client requirements.

You will build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding, and maintain candidate records in the ATS. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for meeting targets and delivering a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in recruitment agency, executive search firm, or consulting company.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, JobStreet, and other recruitment platforms.
• Experience in candidate screening, interviewing, client coordination, and candidate endorsement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Willing to work full-time onsite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding requirements.
• Understand and analyze client job descriptions and hiring requirements.
• Conduct market mapping and identify potential candidates and target companies.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS/recruitment database.
• Regularly follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate closely with clients and hiring managers regarding candidate profiles, interview schedules, feedback, and hiring updates.
• Prepare candidate endorsements, recruitment reports, and hiring updates for clients and management.
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets and turnaround times.
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and effective sourcing strategies.
• Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
