Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple open roles, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Utilize job boards, social media, and databases to identify and attract potential applicants.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Assist with pre-employment screenings, job offers, and onboarding paperwork for newly hired employees.
• Handle high-volume scheduling
