Requirement:

• 2 years of End to End Recruitment Experience with knowledge using LinkedIn, Monster, Social Media, Indeed and other platforms for sourcing candidates
• Willing to work in Ortigas twice to maximum of three times a month

Job Functions:

• Source for qualified applicants using different job boards
• Conduct initial interviews and endorse applicants to the hiring manager
• Create New and Update Existing Job Postings using different platforms
• Create Job Posters and upload them into different Social Media Job Groups
• Respond to Facebook Queries
• Reach out to applicants to schedule them for interviews, and to remind them on their schedules via email, sms and phone calls
