Job summary

Afni, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Onboarding Specialist to coordinate all aspects of the onboarding experience for new hires, from offer through day one.

The role requires strong organization and a customer-focused mindset to ensure a smooth transition into their roles. You will work with HR and Talent Acquisition to extend offers, run background checks, and maintain a quality candidate experience in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• At least 2-year experience in Talent Onboarding and volume hiring recruitment in a BPO setting.
• With demonstrable track record in achieving targets.
• Service and customer-focused (external and internal customers).
• Multi-tasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Strong potential for exercising fair and good judgment.
• Computer literate: skilled in using MS Office.
• Strong command of English both oral and written.
• Highly organized. Able to handle multiple requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete all aspects of the onboarding experience for new hires.
• Serve as the go-to person from offer to first day at Afni.
• Manage requisition process, extending offers, and initiating background checks.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience and smooth transitions into roles.
• Partner closely with HR and Talent Acquisition to connect talent with opportunities.
• Support ongoing process improvements in onboarding and recruitment.
