Job summary

Afni, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in the Philippines to coordinate all aspects of the new-hire onboarding process from offer to day one. You will be the candidate’s go-to person and ensure a smooth, consistent transition into Afni.

You will partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to manage requisitions, extend offers, and initiate background checks while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/college degree in any field.
• At least 2 years in Talent Onboarding and volume hiring in a BPO.
• Demonstrable track record in achieving targets.
• Service- and customer-focused (external and internal).
• Multitasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands.
• Analytical and detail oriented.
• Strong command of English both oral and written.
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple requirements.
• Team Player; flexible and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding experience for new hires.
• Manage requisition process, extend offers and initiate background checks.
