Job summary

Ubiquity in the Philippines is seeking a Corporate Recruitment Specialist to handle end-to-end recruitment for our support roles. You will source candidates, screen and interview, and schedule interviews, while maintaining strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Clients and Account leads.

Ideal candidates have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in HR or Psychology and 1+ year of related experience. You may work from home if needed and will be based on-site at Southwoods, Laguna or Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Develops and posts job advertisements on job boards and social media
• Manages job portals and boards
• Sourcing for a sufficient pool of candidates
• Screen and interview candidates according to company and client qualifications
• Schedule candidates for Hiring Managers interviews
• Maintain effective relationships with Hiring Managers, Clients and Account leads
• Conduct recruitment calibrations with the client
• Track daily/weekly/monthly hiring reports
• Conduct job offers, contracts, and collection of requirements
• Provide onboarding and new hire orientation

What You’ll Do:

• Develops,and creates job advertisements to be posted on job boards and social media
• Managementof Job portals and boards
• Sourcingfor sufficient pool of candidates to meet hiring needs
• Screenand interview candidates in accordance to company, client and account qualifications
• Schedulingof candidates for Hiring managers interviews
• Maintaineffective relationships with Hiring Managers, Clients and Account leads
• Haveoccasional recruitment calibrations to align with needs of the client
• Keeptrack of daily, weekly, monthly reports on hiring needs
• Conductjob offer, contract signing and collection of requirements for qualifiedcandidates
• Provideproper onboarding and new hire orientation to hires

Ideal candidates have:

• Candidatemust possess at least a Bachelors/ College Degree in Human Resources,Psychology or equivalent
• Atleast 1 year of related working experience in support hiring for a BPO
• StrongEnglish verbal and written communication skills
• Basicknowledge with MS office applications
• Applicantsmust be willing to work in our Southwoods, Laguna or Taguig site.
• Hasthe capacity to work from home if needed
