Job summary

Ubiquity is hiring a Recruitment Specialist to handle end-to-end recruitment for our support roles. You will create job ads, manage job boards, source candidates, screen and interview, and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.

You will also maintain relationships with clients and account leads to ensure staffing needs are met. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Psychology, at least 1 year of BPO recruitment experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related working experience in support hiring for a BPO.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and creates job advertisements for boards and social media.
• Manages job portals and boards to ensure visibility.
• Sourcing for a sufficient pool of candidates to meet hiring needs.
• Screen and interview candidates according to company and client qualifications.
• Schedule interviews for Hiring Managers and maintain candidate flow.
• Maintain relationships with Hiring Managers, Clients and Account leads.
• Conduct recruitment calibrations to align with client needs.
• Track daily, weekly, monthly hiring reports.
• Conduct offers and onboarding for new hires.

What You’ll Do:

• Managementof Job portals and boards
• Sourcingfor sufficient pool of candidates to meet hiring needs
• Screenand interview candidates in accordance to company, client and account qualifications
• Schedulingof candidates for Hiring managers interviews
• Maintaineffective relationships with Hiring Managers, Clients and Account leads
• Haveoccasional recruitment calibrations to align with needs of the client
• Keeptrack of daily, weekly, monthly reports on hiring needs
• Conductjob offer, contract signing and collection of requirements for qualifiedcandidates
• Provideproper onboarding and new hire orientation to hires

Ideal candidates have:

• Candidatemust possess at least a Bachelors/ College Degree in Human Resources,Psychology or equivalent
• Atleast 1 year of related working experience in support hiring for a BPO
• StrongEnglish verbal and written communication skills
• Basicknowledge with MS office applications
• Applicantsmust be willing to work in our Southwoods, Laguna or Taguig site.
• Hasthe capacity to work from home if needed
