Job summary

Comrise is seeking a US Recruiter to join our team and support recruitment for US-based clients. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned US roles and source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search.

You will conduct initial interviews, coordinate hiring activities, build and maintain pipelines, and keep candidate records in the ATS. Night shifts and onsite work are required at UP Ayala TechnoHub, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of US recruitment experience.
• Experience in agency, staffing, BPO, or corporate recruitment is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and ATS.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Willing to work night shift and onsite in UP Ayala TechnoHub.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US roles.
