Job summary

Samgyupsalamat is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates across multiple locations with a focus in Cebu. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in volume hiring, and experience in Food & Beverage or Retail sectors.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build a strong candidate pipeline in Cebu and other locations, coordinate interviews, and work with hiring managers to fill vacancies within the required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience with exposure to volume hiring.

About the Role

Samgyupsalamat is looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will support our growing operations by sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across multiple locations with focus in Cebu area.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, particularly in volume hiring, and is comfortable managing multiple vacancies and recruitment activities simultaneously. Experience recruiting for the Food & Beverage or Retail industry is highly preferred.

Candidates with proven experience in recruiting and hiring candidates in Cebu are strongly preferred, as the role will support recruitment requirements in the area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, and job offer.

• Handle volume hiring for restaurant and operational positions.

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future manpower requirements.

• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.

• Manage recruitment activities and ensure vacancies are filled within the required timeline.

• Support recruitment activities and hiring initiatives in Cebu and other locations as needed.

• Build relationships with local talent pools, schools, communities, and other recruitment sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with strong exposure to volume hiring.

• Experience recruiting for the Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Retail, or similar high-volume industries is highly preferred.

• Must have experience sourcing and hiring candidates in Cebu.

• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment requirements simultaneously.

• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting recruitment targets.

• Willing to conduct recruitment activities outside the office when required.
