Job summary

Samgyupsalamat is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates across multiple locations with a focus in Cebu. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in volume hiring, and experience in Food & Beverage or Retail sectors.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build a strong candidate pipeline in Cebu and other locations, coordinate interviews, and work with hiring managers to fill vacancies within the required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience with exposure to volume hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Handle volume hiring for restaurant and operational roles.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future manpower needs.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Manage recruitment activities to fill vacancies within timelines.
• Support recruitment activities and hiring initiatives in Cebu and other locations as needed.
• Build relationships with local talent pools, schools, and communities for sourcing.
