Jobbeschreibung

The role is responsible in the execution of Talent Acquisition strategies and ensuring a sustainable talent pipeline and supply for OneBPO. The role is also expected to manage end-to-end talent acquisition from attracting, sourcing, assessing and selecting talents, ensuring that the organization has the right talent in the right position and always aligned with the Company's policies and procedures.

Ensuring timely payment of employees' salaries, payroll accuracy, government compliance, 100% accuracy in benefits processing and administration.
