Job summary

ORO China Group of Companies in Cebu City is seeking a capable Recruitment Specialist to manage full-cycle hiring across its branches. The role requires coordinating sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers while aligning with business needs.

You will travel to different branches as needed and work onsite at IT Park, Cebu City, collaborating with hiring managers and candidates to deliver timely hires. A degree in HR/PSY/BA and 2–3 years of recruitment experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in retail, sales, or multi-branch operations.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, job offers, and onboarding.
• Proficient in using job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and candidate assessment skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies and hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
• Results-driven with the ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Willing to travel or conduct recruitment activities in different branches, when required.
• Willing to be assigned and work onsite at IT Park, Cebu City.
