Job summary

Resource One Corporation in Biñan City, Laguna seeks a Recruitment Specialist to join our winning team. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and maintaining employee files across the lifecycle.

You will ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, handle offboarding processes, and support labor relations. A Bachelor's degree in business/HR/psychology is preferred, with experience in recruitment a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Management, HRM, or Psychology.
• Experience in recruitment is a plus.
• Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws is an advantage.
• Ability to resolve conflicts within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment across channels to secure top-tier talent.
• Lead onboarding, office tours, contracts, and maintain 201 employee files.
• Manage offboarding, candidate experience surveys, and asset accountability.
• Serve as SME on Philippine Labor Code for compliant recruitment and offers.

Job Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Execute full-cycle recruitment by sourcing, screening, and managing the interview process across various channels to secure top-tier talent.

• Onboarding & Integration: Lead the new-hire journey from orientation and office tours to the preparation of contracts and maintenance of 201 employee files.

• Offboarding Process: Manage the entire lifecycle including candidate experience surveys, asset accountability tracking, and the formal employee offboarding process.

• Compliance & Labor Relations: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on the Philippine Labor Code to ensure all recruitment and offer negotiations are legally compliant.

Job Qualification

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.

• Previous experience in Recruitment Specialist roles is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations is an advantage.

• With experience in resolving conflicts within an organization.

Compensation & Benefits

• The successful candidate shall receive the following:

  • Working schedule (Monday to Friday)
