Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking a Recruitment Program Coordinator for nightshift to join a fast-paced team in Metro Manila. You will assist Hiring managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers through all stages of the contract labor lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring timely, accurate processes.

You will document issues, maintain worker assignments, and provide constant client communication.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of staffing/MSP experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and follow-up skills.
• Strong determination to impact performance.
• Time management and perseverance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office/Tools - advanced.
• Amenable to nightshift and hybrid work setup (Ortigas, Pasig).

Responsibilities

• Assist Hiring managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process (interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time/expense management, offboarding).
• Document client-reported issues and track resolution to completion, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update worker assignments reflecting changes.
• Provide ongoing communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and partners via meetings, email, and phone.
• Conduct research and analysis to resolve inquiries from clients or suppliers.
• Provide program status reports to leadership as required.
• Monitor performance against contract SLAs (invoicing, time/expense, vendor compliance).
• Coordinate with vendors to finalize new hire paperwork so contractors start on time.
