Job Description

• Screens CVs from databases and prepare for submission once candidate is identified.
• Conducts initial interview, discuss and negotiate salary packages with applicants and schedule them for interview in coordination with the Business Development Team to consequently be communicated with the Client/Principal/Employer.
• Coordinate with the workers in relation to required medical schedule and communicate accordingly with the medical clinic reference to the medical results of the workers.
• Conduct preliminary briefing of approved candidates regarding: Employment, salary, the Terms and Conditions, Orientation and familiarization of the job site, Documentation Procedure, Visa & Documentation Requirements.
• Candidate preferably to possess a bachelors degree in Psychology or any HR-related courses.
• Able to handle high volume of manpower needs and applicant tracking system.
• Computer & MS Office literate.
