Full-Time | Long-Term | Night Shift | Supporting a Specialist US Tech Recruitment Team (Remote, PH-Based)

Are you a recruitment support pro who's equal parts sourcer, organiser, and straight-talker? We're hiring a Recruitment Operations VA to join a specialist GTM, Marketing, Product, and Operations recruitment firm serving high-growth SaaS and tech companies, including VC-backed startups.

Our client runs on a quality-first, consultative model: top 1% talent, not volume, with 100+ successful placements and a near 1:1 submit-to-hire ratio. Reporting directly to the Operations Lead, you'll be the engine behind the team's sourcing, research, and admin. This isn't a pure sourcing role. We want a true VA mindset with strong recruitment know-how, solid admin skills, and the initiative to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Sourcing and researching candidates across SaaS, Marketing, and IT for US market roles
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines through market mapping
• Keeping Recruit CRM accurate and up to date (candidates, roles, and pipelines)
• Preparing and formatting candidate shortlists and summaries for the team
• Joining client intake calls as note-taker, supporting the team, not leading calls
• Handling documentation, process notes, and day-to-day recruitment admin
• Liaising with team members across US and international time zones
• Supporting ad hoc tasks as directed by the Operations Lead

What we're looking for:

• 3-4 years' total experience, including at least 2 years in end-to-end recruiting or recruitment support in a VA context
• A SaaS, Marketing, or IT recruitment background
• Recent experience recruiting for US-based clients
• A genuine mix of VA, admin, and recruiting skills, not purely a sourcer or recruiter
• Strong English, clear and confident in writing and on calls
• Direct and outspoken: you flag capacity issues early and push back professionally
• Flexible and adaptable with shifting priorities
• A polished, professional LinkedIn profile (we'll take a look!)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Recruit CRM
• Bookkeeping or accounts reconciliation experience
