Job summary

Maple Bear Philippines provides high-quality education and seeks an HR Generalist – Recruitment & Onboarding to support three branches in Makati, with travel to Santa Rosa and BGC as needed.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate onboarding, and handle HR administration while partnering with the Compensation & Benefits specialist to ensure consistency with company policies and local labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience with recruitment and onboarding.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR regulatory requirements.
• Experience in educational institutions is an advantage.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for three branches (Makati, BGC, Santa Rosa) and publish job ads.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews.
• Prepare offers and manage pre-employment requirements and checks.
• Lead onboarding for new hires and ensure all documents and access are ready.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
• Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits HR Generalist to align HR practices.
