Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Support candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Compliance, IT, and other departments.
• Ensure timely updates and clear communication with candidates.
• Monitor progress and escalate delays or risks affecting start dates.
