Techloom Global is seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator for a remote role based in the Philippines. You will support recruitment operations, manage data, and oversee onboarding for new providers.

Responsibilities include coordinating contracts, licenses, and intake forms; setting up provider profiles; managing digital mailrooms and organized Google Drive folders; and maintaining CRM records and weekly metrics.

About the Role: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth recruitment operations, accurate data management and seamless onboarding for new providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide recruitment support including license verification, preparing and coordinating contracts, forms, and intake documents, while maintaining accurate trackers.
• Support new provider onboarding by setting up profiles across platforms prior to start dates, ensuring work hours and availability are correctly reflected.
• Manage incoming mail through third-party digital mailrooms, forwarding to the correct departments promptly, maintaining organized Google Drive folders, and flagging overdue subscriptions to executives.
• Run and maintain weekly appointment metrics, tracking statuses and hourly vacancies for 90+ providers, ensuring completeness by weekly deadlines.
• Update CRM systems by tracking new patients’ pending first appointments, recording dates and statuses accurately.
