ConnectUs Marketing Solutions, Inc. in Batangas City is seeking a Recruitment Officer for on-site duties. You will manage online recruitment sites, screen applicants via phone, and coordinate training transitions while helping develop new recruitment strategies.

The position offers full-time, long-term employment with a starting salary of PHP 14,500 per month, government benefits, health support, leaves and performance-based incentives. Training period precedes regular duties.

• Make outbound calls to conduct phone interviews to screen applicants and schedule for training.
• Send text messages and/or email reminders to applicants.
• Conduct background checks on applicants.
• Ensure smooth transition from applicant status to trainee.
• Create reports and provide sound advice on developing new recruitment strategies.
• Continuous training to eventually become an HR Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Wired internet connection; minimum of 10 Mbps.
• Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype, Zoom.
