Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement current recruitment processes, manage online recruitment sites and HR management system software.
• Conduct phone interviews to screen applicants and schedule training.
• Send text messages or email reminders to applicants.
• Conduct background checks on applicants.
• Ensure smooth transition from applicant status to trainee.
• Create reports and provide advice on new recruitment strategies.
• Participate in continuous training to progress toward HR Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
