Metrobank is seeking a Recruitment Marketing and Sourcing Officer to lead talent sourcing, pipelining, and recruitment marketing initiatives across the bank's talent strategy. • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering with senior leaders.

Job Summary

The Recruitment Marketing and Sourcing Officer is responsible for leading talent sourcing, talent pipelining, and recruitment marketing initiatives that support Metrobank's current and future workforce requirements. The role drives proactive talent attraction strategies, strengthens employer branding efforts, and develops sustainable talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions. The position works closely with business leaders, HR stakeholders, educational institutions, and external partners to enhance hiring readiness, improve talent acquisition outcomes, and support the Bank's long-term talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of talent sourcing and pipelining strategies to support current and future hiring requirements.
• Drive proactive sourcing initiatives for critical, specialized, recurring, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct talent mapping, market intelligence, and workforce insights activities to strengthen hiring readiness and succession pipelines.
• Lead recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives to enhance Metrobank's ability to attract high-quality talent.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships professional organizations, industry groups, and external partners.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Recruitment Operations, and business leaders to align sourcing and talent attraction strategies with business priorities.
• Monitor and evaluate sourcing effectiveness, talent pipeline health, and recruitment marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, governance standards, and data privacy requirements.
• Lead recruitment marketing and sourcing projects and provide guidance to team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruitment Marketing, or Project Management are an advantage.
• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, talent sourcing, recruitment marketing, employer branding, or related fields.
• Proven experience developing talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for critical, niche, or hard-to-fill roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading recruitment initiatives, talent attraction programs, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering experience with senior leaders and key decision makers.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
