Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
• 8–10 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related areas.
• Experience building talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional recruitment initiatives and projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent sourcing and pipelining strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Drive proactive sourcing for critical, niche, recurring, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct talent mapping, market intelligence and workforce insights.
• Lead recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
• Build strategic relationships with professional organizations and external partners.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to align sourcing with priorities.
• Monitor sourcing effectiveness, pipeline health, and marketing performance.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data privacy.
• Provide guidance on projects and mentor team members.
