Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead on-site hiring in Dagupan, Philippines. This hands-on role demands a proven ability to scale recruitment for BPO and contact centers, building pipelines and driving rapid, high-quality hires.

You will collaborate with leadership and operations to translate workforce needs into practical recruitment plans, while coaching a team and optimizing speed, quality, and candidate experience. English communication must be excellent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience with high-volume hiring.
• Experience in BPO, contact center, or shared services recruitment.
• Experience leading or managing recruiters or a recruitment team.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting experience.
• Ability to build and maintain active talent pipelines.
• Knowledge of recruitment channels, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own recruitment for the Dagupan operation, with a strong focus on high-volume BPO and contact center hiring.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates across job boards, referrals, social media, direct sourcing, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate and ongoing hiring needs.
• Lead recruitment campaigns from sourcing through selection and offer, while maintaining a strong focus on candidate quality.
• Take a hands-on approach to sourcing and headhunting when hiring needs are urgent or difficult to fill.
• Lead, coach, and support the recruitment team, setting clear expectations and driving strong recruitment performance.
• Work closely with leadership and operations to understand workforce requirements and translate them into practical recruitment plans.
• Monitor recruitment performance, including hiring volume, pipeline strength, conversion rates, and time to hire.
• Identify recruitment challenges and implement practical solutions to improve speed, quality, and overall hiring results.
• Use recruitment data, market knowledge, and technology to continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Build a proactive recruitment culture where the team actively seeks talent rather than relying solely on applications.
• Serve as a trusted recruitment partner to leadership and help ensure the business has the talent it needs to grow.

We are looking for a hands-on recruitment leader with strong experience in high-volume hiring, particularly within BPO, contact center, shared services, or other fast-paced operational environments.

• Strong hands-on sourcing and headhunting experience.
