• Oversee recruitment campaigns from sourcing to offer, emphasizing candidate quality.
• Hands-on sourcing and headhunting when urgent or difficult roles arise.
• Coach and support the recruitment team, setting expectations and driving performance.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations to translate workforce requirements into plans.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-hire, pipeline strength, and conversion rates.
