Resolv Global in Dagupan, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead on-site high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment. You will build robust sourcing strategies, develop strong talent pipelines, and drive end-to-end recruitment campaigns.

The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent English communication, and the ability to collaborate with operations to forecast hiring needs.

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience in high-volume environments.
• Significant BPO or contact centre recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and lead sourcing campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven hiring decisions.

• Lead and own recruitment for Dagupan operations, focusing on high-volume BPO hiring.
• Develop sourcing strategies across job boards, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.
