Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking a Recruitment Officer to drive and manage recruitment interventions across the sector, achieving monthly targets. You will coordinate with agency leaders, conduct monthly briefings, and implement sourcing strategies to accelerate recruitment volume.

Responsibilities include supporting Build Your Business events, maximizing recruitment platforms, and ensuring efficient pipeline management from lead to hire.

Qualifications

• Graduated in any business course.
• Proficient with internet, email, and Telegram communications.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Three years experience in Marketing and Sales; agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive and influence recruitment activities of the agency leaders in the sector.
• Conduct monthly briefings with agency leaders, aspiring leaders, and branch recruitment officers.
• Strategize, plan and implement recruitment sourcing initiatives to significantly accelerate recruitment volume.
• Support Build Your Business events and ensure credible speakers and impactful recruitment platforms.
• Ensure Build Your Business and other recruitment platforms are maximized by the sector.
• Ensure that all Examination slots are fully utilized and track recruits in the pipeline.
